Dr. James Ptaszynski focuses on helping to fulfill the promise of technology in higher education. He designs and implements programs which assist in improving the capabilities and utilization of technology in education.
Ptaszynski believes that there exists a great opportunity to significantly advance the appropriate use of technology in higher education. He is passionate that, in order for education to remain competitive in an increasingly information-based and global economy, higher education must adopt and better integrate information technologies.
Dr. Glenn Ricart

Dr. Glenn Ricart is an Internet pioneer and has forged many innovative developments throughout his career.
He set up the first Internet connection point for the U.S. federal government and constructed the National Science Foundation (NSFnet) regional network that linked academic researchers to supercomputers. Dr. Ricart also managed the first implementation of the Internet protocols for the IBM PC.
Today, Dr. Ricart is president and CEO of National LambdaRail (NLR), the coast-to-coast, high-performance network owned by the U.S. research and education community.
