BCNET is subject to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other jurisdictional private and public sector privacy legislation of our clients.  We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and employees.  It is our goal to not only meet the requirements of this legislation, but to exceed the requirements by implementing “best practices” with respect to the collection, use, disclosure and security of the personal information in our custody and control.

We do not sell, share or disclose your information to others for any type of mailing list.

BCNET, its employees and service providers administer the highest security standards to ensure that the personal information in their custody and/or control is secured at all times.  Physical and technical security of all data (including all data at rest or in transit) must meet all applicable security standards required by their organization.

We expect all participants to be respectful of other people and their viewpoints, even though they might be different, and to assist with creating and maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment at all times.

BCNET reserves the right at its sole discretion to expel anyone, without refund, from all current and future events, whose conduct is not in keeping with these expectations.

If you feel threatened, or harassed, or at risk of physical harm or witness any questionable behavior:
