An accountant with a CPA, CMA designation, Tara earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from UNBC.
She has recently joined the board of BCNET, further contributing her expertise to the field.

Recently, she led Prospect Human Services' external-facing team, focusing on revenue diversification and partnership development.
Pradeep has more than three decades of industry experience in leading technology and operations teams across diverse sectors including research technology and statistical analysis, animation and broadcast media, financial and professional services consulting, fundraising and charitable giving, and higher education operations management.
