About Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement
The Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement (ETLA) is established to offer members access to the entire collection of creative applications for desktop, including favorites such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more. The ETLA is designed for member to purchase and deploy Adobe Software in an efficient, targeted and cost-effective manner to ensure productivity and budget maximization. The ETLA is based on a three-term cycle, with opportunities for additional members to sign on during the renewal period that occurs once a year based on participating institutions FTE commitment. For members that are not on the ETLA and would like to acquire licenses, the Adobe Value Incentive Program (VIP) offering is also available.
