UBC is the Lead Institution and manages the Master Service Agreement, any Institution wishing to participate in this cooperative Master Agreement shall do so by entering into a Commercial Card Program agreement with Scotiabank

The Scotiabank Commercial Card Services agreement offers a flexible, globally accepted credit card program to reduce the time and cost associated with processing institutional transactions. Members can take advantage of Scotiabank’s implementation support process, including development of communication plans, set up and configuration of the online reporting and card management tool, and program training across the institution. Working with Scotiabank’s experienced team on innovative solutions such as Visa Payables Automation, members can expand their rebate thresholds to see greater financial benefits and streamline supplier payments to improve administrative efficiencies.
