About the Survey Tool Agreement

The Survey Tool Agreement offers members access to a white-label survey tool for the creation of interactive surveys and forms. Members can access various features, including survey sharing with fine control over viewing and editing, the analyzing, filtering, and export of results in a variety of file formats, notifications when a new result is received and the ability to utilize custom logos, colors and survey URLs. Through this agreement, members can take advantage license aggregation for a reduction in cost and utilize administration tools to manage users and groups from a central panel.
