Have you ever experienced a meeting where "bodies were present, but minds were absent"? In this session you will get an introduction to a toolbox of facilitation techniques called Liberating Structures, that can be used to engage, energize and unleash teams in meetings, workshops or other group settings. You will be able to experience hands-on a series of simple, effective group processes to enhance in-person, hybrid and online meetings. These techniques allow groups to achieve surprising results by tapping into collective intelligence, fostering innovative thinking and shared insights.
