What does good leadership look like for technical fields, such as Cybersecurity?  Even in an age where technology is in the forefront, the successful formula for leadership actually relies less on technical skills and more on people skills.

It IS possible to learn these skills even if they do not come naturally to you, and you need to do this if you want to stand out from the crowd.  You need to learn how to cut through the technology jargon and communicate with business stakeholders.  You must be able to influence and persuade people, lead in a crisis, and play an industry role to help grow the next generation of cybersecurity professionals to help fill the cybersecurity talent gap.

This session will share approaches that work in real life, as well as the theory behind them.
