It's been a difficult year. I hope to share some of my tips towards leading and emerging successfully from the Pandemic. Although remote I'm hoping to make a few people laugh and put a few smiles on faces. Here's a rough agenda of the sub-topics I intend to cover.

  • Lead with positivity
  • Marathon not a Sprint
  • Make sure everyone is getting rested
  • Frequent check-ins
  • Be Agile/Flexible
  • Build leaders within
  • Do more with less
  • Learn how to say no (when it is appropriate)
  • WFH framework for the future
  • Don't forget to laugh.
