About DDoS Auto-Mitigation:

DDoS stands for Distributed Denial of Service. DDoS is a type of cyberattack where multiple systems are used to flood the bandwidth or resources of a targeted website, network, or server. This increase of traffic causes it to become some overwhelmed that it either slows down drastically or it becomes completely unavailable.

BCNET’s full spectrum DDoS Auto-Mitigation Service was developed as a solution at the core network to prevent volumetric, protocol, and application attacks.

Note: as this is covered under core fees, members do not need to sign an agreement to access this service.

Service Availability:

Business Hours Support: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM PST.
24/7 Emergency Support: Available for critical and extremely urgent issues.
