Session Overview:

A hands‑on workshop exploring Microsoft Loop as an unifying collaborative platform across Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Attendees will learn how Loop components and workspaces integrate with Microsoft 365 Copilot, how to build dynamic “living documents,” and how Loop supports AI‑driven project management, governance, and collaboration across administrative teams, faculty, and research environments.

The rapidly evolving landscape of Higher Education, information often remains siloed across Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Microsoft Loop emerges as the "glue" that binds these experiences together, transforming static documents into fluid, collaborative canvases. This hands-on workshop explores how Loop components and workspaces serve as the primary interface for Microsoft 365 Copilot, enabling teams to co-create with AI in real-time. Attendees will move beyond the basics, learning to architect "Living Documents" that stay in sync across the entire M365 ecosystem. We will tackle the practicalities of AI-driven project management, governance for collaborative canvases, and how Loop can bridge the gap between administrative staff, faculty, and research labs.

  • Laptop, access to an M365 tenant that has Loop and Loop workspaces enabled and A3/E3 license
