BCNET CONNECT 2026 SUMMIT DATES & LOCATION
RESERVE HOTEL STAY

The BCNET CONNECT Summit is pleased to offer sponsors and attendees a group discounted room rate at the Sheraton Wall Centre.

SUBMIT A SPEAKING PROPOSAL: DEADLINE - FEBUARY 13, 2026
  • Platinum sponsors are allocated a 30-minute, concurrent speaking session at the main stage
  • All Platinum sponsor sessions are scheduled on either Day 1 or 2 
  • Visit our track themes for the 2026 Summit's key themes
  • Speakers and coordinators will be notified of their speaking date, time & room location
  • We are unable to guarantee session dates/times
  • We highly recommend vendor sessions that support learning for higher ed IT professionals, and presented with BCNET member institution/s. Please note your speaking abstract will be evaluated by BCNET and the Summit Program Committee.

VENDOR EXPO
  • Platinum sponsors are allocated a 6x20 exhibit booth in a prime/high-traffic booth location
  • Please review the complete exhibitor information here (booth info and set-up, expo hours, shipping, etc.)
  • Non-Canadian attendees and exhibitors can request an official letter from the Canada Border Services Agency to assist with entry into Canada and the shipment of event materials. Please email us to obtain a copy

EXPO HOURS
  • April 22 (Wednesday, 8 AM–7 PM) *Welcome Reception at the expo area 5:00 PM-7:00 PM 
  • April 23 (Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM)
  • Set-up/Ingress: April 21 (Tuesday, 12 PM–5 PM)
  • Tear-down/Egress: April 23 (Thursday, 5 PM–7 PM)
EVENT APP (PHEEDLOOP)
  • Your organization will have top-billing display on the home screen of the 2026 Mobile App with a link to your company profile's landing page (ie. company logo, description and website)
  • Complete your organization's external-facing profile (contact info, company website, social media links, corporate video etc.)
  • One (1) lead retrieval account will be provided and managed by your registered booth staff. Your marketing contact will receive sponsor dashboard access once the app is live

  • To use customized lead retrieval questions, please submit them to sponsorship@bc.net by April 3 for setup

COMPLIMENTARY SUMMIT PASSES
  • You are entitled to 5 full-access passes and 1 expo-only pass
  • Additional full-access passes may be purchased at the non-member rate from the main registration site
  • Registration details and codes were provided to your marketing coordinator
DONATE PRIZES FOR VENDOR EXPO GAME
  • To help drive traffic to the Vendor Expo, BCNET will host activities (scavenger hunt, trivia, etc.) through the mobile app
  • We invite you to donate prizes–email sponsorship@bc.net to let us know what you’ll contribute.
BOOTH ACTIVITIES
  • Enhance attendee engagement by hosting activities at your own booth, such as raffles, games, specialty food/drinks or interactive challenges
  • Promote your activity and sponsor session on the mobile app to boost visibility.
